Zocogo Refunds and Returns Policy
1. Returns and Refunds Application:
- You can apply for a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order, under certain conditions.

- The item received does not match the description or specifications.

- The item is a counterfeit or expired product.

3. Return Process:

4. Return Shipping Costs:
- Zocogo will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (wrong, defective, or counterfeit items).
- If you are returning the item due to a change of mind, you may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Condition of Returned Items:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories.
- For specific products like clothing, the items must be unworn and unwashed.
6. Refunds:

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, if applicable.
